In addition to the athletes in the individual disciplines, Red Bull has its own sport teams. These include two Formula 1 teams, football teams in Austria, USA, Brazil, Germany and Ghana as well as an Austrian ice hockey team.

Red Bull also stages its own team sport events. An example is the top-class ice hockey tournament Red Bulls Salute which kicks off the international ice hockey season every year.
